Community Connections, Inc. offers unique and community -based services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Nestled in the southwestern region of Colorado, we cover a service area of over 6,584 square miles of mountainous and desert terrain. We continue a uniqueness by offering all community based services with the inclusion of two Day Program sites.

Community Connections, Inc. offers services and supports in the family home, residences of adults, vocational/work settings and the community. Most of the people we serve live in and around the communities of Durango and Cortez where we have our corporate and satellite offices respectively. Some people choose more isolated communities such as Dove Creek, Bayfield, Pagosa Springs, and Silverton. The counties we serve include La Plata, Montezuma, Archuleta, Dolores and San Juan . We may have limited resources due to our geographical challenges, but there are also many partnerships that we have formed due to the smallness of our population base. These partnerships are key to developing support systems for the individuals we serve.
