Residential Services

Community Connections provides residential services to adults who require up to 24 hours a day services and supports. We provide support for all daily health and hygiene needs, household needs, nutrition, medication administration and medical needs, money management, day activities, supported employment and any supports or services necessary for maintaining quality of life.

Individuals in services may live in a setting with roommates, alone, or in a host home(adult foster care).
